Why it is used
The information is used to check availability, shape a quote, plan the event experience and respond to the enquiry.
Event photographs
Photographs should be used to deliver the agreed booth experience, prints and gallery. Marketing use should require separate permission, especially while real portfolio work is still being built.
AI processing
AI portrait options should be explained before use. Guests should be able to choose a non-AI route where practical, and AI credentials must remain server-side when live generation is added.
Retention
Enquiry records and galleries should be kept only as long as needed for booking, delivery, accounting and reasonable follow-up. Event-gallery retention should be stated in the written event agreement.
